About Us Homes, Lowry, Horn & Johnson, Ltd. (HLH&J), was organized in 1956 and has steadily grown into one of the largest local firms in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. We are members of the Private Companies Practice Section of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Division of CPA firms and of INPACT AMERICAS, an international network of professional accountants. Our professionals also participate in the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants (VSCPA) and many other industry specific groups.
